| Every
Master Spa is portable and totally self-contained,
with no special plumbing or drainage needed. All
that's required is a flat, level surface, such as
a patio or deck, which can support up to 2000 Kg.
It's up to you where to place your spa, taking
into consideration privacy and access. A licensed
electrician can connect the wiring to a 16 or 22
amp circuit. Then fill your spa using a simple
garden hose, add the chemicals, and you're ready
to enjoy the pleasure of your spa within hours.

|
CAUTION:
DO NOT INSTALL YOUR HOT TUB WITHIN 10' OF OVERHEAD POWER
LINES
If
you are considering placing the hot tub on an elevated
deck, platform, or indoors, we recommend that you
consult a structural engineer or contractor prior to
installation. Make sure the spa is positioned so that
access to the equipment compartment and all side
panels will not be blocked. Be certain that your
installation will meet all city and local safety codes
and requirements.
SITE
PREPARATION
Your
Spa has been engineered for installation on any firm
level surface. While a concrete slab is the best for
long-term use, other solid foundations are acceptable.
Other suggestions include Pea Gravel or crushed rock,
railroad ties, or pre-cast stepping-stones.
As a
homeowner, it is your responsibility to provide a
suitable, level foundation for your spa since most
delivery crews are not equipped to level or prepare
sites.
Keep
in mind that placing the spa on grass or dirt may
increase the amount of debris that is inadvertently
brought into the spa water on users' feet.
It
is important to note that structural damage resulting
from incorrect placement on an inadequate foundation is
not covered under the spa's structural warranty.
Caution:
If your spa is to be mounted below ground level, ensure
that there is sufficient drainage for rainwater runoff
and equipment access.
Outdoor
Ground Level Installation
It's critical that you have a solid foundation for
support. We recommend that you place patio stones or
concrete slabs underneath spaced out evenly. The stones
should be at least two inches thick and twelve inches
square. Even with stones in place, the spa will possibly
settle and become unlevel, and may require re-leveling
over time.
Deck
Installation
You
must know the deck's maximum load capacity to be certain
your deck can support your spa. Consult a qualified
building contractor or structural engineer.
ACCESS
& DELIVERY
|
A
spa can be delivered either flat, or in the
vertical position on a delivery cart, as long as
there is sufficient clearance and a firm base on
which to roll the cart. Please contact your Spa
dealer to find the height and width added by the
delivery cart which the dealer will use to deliver
your new spa so that you may determine whether it
will fit through the intended delivery route.
|
|
|
|
|
Keep
in mind that the spa must remain on the delivery
cart (if a cart is being used) at all times. It
may therefore be necessary to remove a gate or
partially dismantle a fence in order to provide an
unobstructed passageway.
If
the spa must be removed from the delivery cart in
order to go over a wall, or because the entry is
too narrow, a crane will be required. Don't panic,
the use of a crane is common practice to avoid damage to your property.
|
|

|
As
we supply the deepest hot tubs available width
restrictions apply. 37 inches is required for width
access. Crane access can be used for tricky situations,
but this would be the customer's responsibility.
If
you have any questions about installation please call
