Aqua Hot Tubs offer a Service, whereby your hot tub or Jacuzzi is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and sanitised. Remember early detection of problems can prevent more considerable problems in the future.

• Annual Service - from only £249 inc free call-out for 6 months
  Your complete annual service. We also flush your tub through, with a cleaning chemical, clean the acrylic and refill the spa. Most hot tub manufacturers will tell you that getting your Spa or Hot Tub inspected regularly could save you money in the long run, as we can detect problems early. Your tub needs to be full and up to temperature. If additional work is required, we will always discuss it with you first.
  Visually check all wiring for integrity and insulation. 
  
  Check plumbing including pipe and heater unions and isolation valve 
  connections for integrity, identify any leaks present and effect any repairs necessary.
  
  Check and replace all worn or defective o-rings or gaskets.
  
  Run all pumps and ensure satisfactory operation.
  
  Operate air blower, if fitted, and check satisfactory operation. 
  Visually check that all the air injectors are allowing air through.
  
  Check operation of diverter valves, if fitted.
  
  Check all jets for satisfactory operation – ensure they turn on & off if applicable.
  
  Check jet to shell joints for integrity and, where possible, eliminate any leaks.
  
  Check the control system and topside controls for the correct operation of each function.
  
  Remove filter(s) and perform visual check of filter condition. Supply and fit new filter (at additional charge) if required. 
  
  Deep clean and sanitise the hot tub plumbing and pipe work including pump wet end and heater tube.
  
  Test lighting system.
  
  Drain all water, rinse spa thoroughly, drain again and vacuum out majority of excess water from pipe work and jet bodies.
  
  Clean shell surface, head rests and inside of cover.
  
  Refill with clean water.
  
  Fit new or cleaned filters
  
  Balance the Total Alkalinity and pH of the water to within the range required for the customers chosen sanitizer and add sanitizer.
  
  Check operation of all equipment from the control touch pad. Check operation of the heater and mode functions.
  
  Perform a test of the RCD if available and accessible.
  
  Wipe down the spa rim, cabinet and steps and leave area clean and tidy.

• Standard Clean - from only £129
  This service is for the busy professional. When you have worked hard through the week and that weekend chores list is getting longer, let us take care of the Hot Tub for you. We flush the Hot Tub through, rotate and clean your filters, re-fill, and re-balance the water. We recommend you use Spa Rinse every three months or as often as you like. Our engineers always have extra filters and chemicals for sale.

Winterise Spa - £99

If winter is right around the corner and you are ready to get your Hot Tub prepared for the cold weather that is approaching, the Winterise Spa package is right for you. With this package, you receive all of the following:
• Draining of the spa
• Removing the pump drain plugs
• Loosening all unions
• Vacuuming out all lines and jets
• Removing the filter and cleaning it for storage
• Applying a plastic weather barrier to guarantee a watertight seal

 

Spring Opening - £99

Once spring rolls around, you will want to start using your Hot Tub again right away. Before you jump in, you can use our Spring Opening package to get it properly prepared. This package includes:
• Inspection of all spa mechanically
• Replacing the pump drain plugs
• Tightening all unions and fittings
• Reinstalling stored filters
• Filling the spa
• Pipe leak inspection
