NOTE: FREEZE PROTECTION OVER-RIDE

Press "Jet" and "Light" at the same time for approx 10 seconds and let go. Tub will then heat as normal without both pumps running.

Troubleshooting Flow Chart

Before proceeding with troubleshooting, check the following:

  1. Water level (must be at least 3" above skimmer opening)
  2. Filters have been cleaned with a proper filter cleaning solution within the last 3 weeks.
  3. Turn off GFI, wait 2 minutes and then turn it back on.
  4. Before changing any parts, check the connections first.
  5. K.I.S (Keep it simple) - Check the easiest solutions first.

1. No Heat
